Return & Refund Policy.

Each piece is hand-blown by Evan Venaas and completely unique, so slight variations between items and site description are part of each piece character. Because of this, we generally do not accept refunds. We hope you understand.

If you’d like to request an exchange for any reason, just reach out to us at studio@evanvenaas.com! We review each request individually and will do our best to find a solution that makes you happy.

If your order arrives damaged, defective, or significantly different from the description, please let us know within 5 business days of delivery. Be sure to include photos so we can quickly assist you with a repair, replacement, or refund.

For returns or exchanges, you’ll be responsible for shipping costs unless the item was damaged or defective upon arrival.

If your item is broken during shipping, the carrier is responsible. Please check our Shipping Policy for how to handle this, and feel free to contact us anytime — we aim to respond within 2-5 business days.
